'Quiet' Book Cover

A book cover design for Quiet by Susan Cain, which explores the misunderstanding and undervaluation of introverted people and their unique strengths. To reflect the core themes, I created a design using layers of trimmed paper, photographed to symbolize two key ideas. One layer represents a cave-like space, symbolizing the quiet comfort introverts often seek, while the other captures the quiet yet compelling power that comes from deep, introspective thought. These layered visuals embody the complex inner world of the introvert—where both calm and strength coexist.
